Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be provided for any conference registrants who are unable to attend

and who notify CommBar of the cancellation by 3 April 2026. A fifty per cent refund

will be returned to registrants who seek to cancel their registration after 3 April but

before 3 May 2026. After 4 May 2026, refunds for cancellation may not be possible and

in the event registrants seek to cancel at this time, each request will be considered by

the CommBar Executive and determined on a case-by-case basis.
